Hart Creative Studio.

Every order of stationery takes place in these easy stages - from

initial consultation to designing your stationery together and ending with

the production of your collection. Below you will find a guide to help

walk you through the process to ensure everything runs effortlessly

for your big day.

If you would like to discuss about your bespoke wedding stationery designs, request a quote and we can discuss what you are looking for and start collaborating together to create your invitations.

Once you have requested a quote, we are more

than happy to discuss any questions about it before moving forward with your order.

When you are happy with your final quote and are ready to book your stationer, we will then require a deposit to secure your design slot, and the outstanding amount will be paid at production and delivery stage.

Once you have your design slot and the deposit has been paid, we will provide you with your own Trello board. It is such a useful way to ensure we are collaborating together to create your stationery.

At this stage we would require some inspirational imagery of your wedding plans, so we can get a better idea of what you are looking for.

We will give you three initial visual mockups of your stationery, with the wording you have provided. So you can get an overall feel for what it will look like.

To make sure that everything is perfect, we allow up to 4 rounds of amends.

Once you are fully happy with the designs for your stationery, we will provide you with a final PDF proof. You will need to make sure the wording is thoroughly checked, as any mistakes past this stage we cannot be held responsible for.

All stationery items are then sent to be hand printer and assembled in house. Please allow for another 2-3 weeks for this stage.

Your shipping costs are included in the overall quote, so there are no hidden fees! We will ensure that your stationery are delivered to you by courier and on time.
